This is absolutely wonderful and so easy. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese (softened) |
1 cup powdered sugar |
1/2-3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy, i prefer peter pan honey spun creamy) |
1/4 cup milk |
8 ounces cool whip |
9 inches graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Cream together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. 2. Add peanut butter and milk. 3. Fold in approximately 1/2 of the Cool Whip. 4. Poor mixture into pie crust. 5. Top with remainder of Cool Whip. 6. Chill 4 hours. 7. May top with chopped Reese Cups, grated chocolate or streaks of chocolate syrup if desired. |
