This is great for a hot summer day when you want a cool dessert but don't want to have to spend a lot of time in the kitchen with a hot oven. Ingredients:
3 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup milk |
9 ounces whipped cream |
9 inches graham cracker crust |
1/4 cup chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter. 2. Slowly beat in milk. 3. Fold in whipped cream. 4. Pour filling into pie shell. 5. Sprinkle peanuts over top. 6. Freeze until firm. |
