Pecans and peanuts are a great combination Ingredients:
1 unbaked 9 pie crust |
3/4c lt. corn syrup |
1/2c creamy peanut butter |
3 eggs |
3/4c. granulated sugar |
1t. vanilla extract |
3/4c coarsely chopped pecans |
1/2c coarsley chopped peanuts |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 2. Fit patry into pie crust or use prepared crust. Set aside 3. In a lg. bowl,whisk corn syrup,peanut butter and eggs till smooth. 4. Whisk in granulated sugar and vanilla extract,then stir in pecans and peanuts. Pour into crust. 5. Bake at 350 for 50 mins. or until browned and center set. Cool completely on wire rack at room temperature. Slice and serve. |
