Peanut Butter Pancakes With Peanut Butter Maple Syrup |

I am going through a peanut butter stage at the moment and these are just to die for!!! Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups milk |
1 egg |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. 2. Beat milk with egg and peanut butter until smooth. 3. Add to dry ingredients and beat just until well moistened. 4. Lightly butter hot griddle. 5. Spoon by 1/4 cupfuls onto griddle. 6. Cook until golden brown on both sides. 7. Peanut Butter Maple Syrup:. 8. Combine syrup and peanut butter in sauce pan. 9. Heat, stirring until smooth and heated through. 10. Serve over pancakes. |
