Peanut Butter Pancakes

These pancakes are off the hook. I add extra flour just to make them thicker.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
6 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
2. Combine milk and remaining ingredients.
3. Add to flour mixture.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle for each pancake.
6. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles and edges are cooked.
7. Flip pancake and cook other side.
8. Serve warm.
