PEANUT BUTTER NUGGETS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cooke Estate in Houston Texas in 1989. Ingredients:
2/3 cup crushed corn flakes |
1/2 cup shredded coconut |
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
Directions:
1. Mix 1/2 cup corn flakes, coconut, peanut butter and honey together. 2. Shape into small balls then roll in remaining corn flakes. 3. Place in refrigerator to firm up. |
