Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) creamy peanut butter |
2 teaspoon(s) fresh ginger, grated |
1 pound(s) linguini |
5 tablespoon(s) rice wine vinegar |
4 scallions, trimmed and cut |
5 teaspoon(s) sesame oil |
1 small garlic clove, minced |
4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook linguini, then drain and rinse with cold water. 2. Blend peanut butter, vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. Add linguini and toss well. Garnish with scallions. |
