Peanut Butter Marshmallow Square |

A very sweet tasting slice that is extremely simple to make and attractive on a plate. Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
2/3 cup flaked coconut |
1 1/2 cups colored miniature marshmallows |
Directions:
1. Melt together but do not boil: butterscotch chips, butter and peanut butter.
2. Cool to warm.
3. Add: nuts, coconut and colored miniature marshmallows.
4. Put in 8 x 8 buttered pan and cool in refrigerator.
