This is something the kids and I just put together with things we had on hand. They are 2 and 6 and were able to do almost all of it alone. Not an exact recipe - just an approximation...They are very gooey and we had to eat them with a fork. Read more ..maybe if we had let them set up...Oh yeah, forgot to take a picture as usual until we had eaten some... Ingredients:
peanut butter cookie dough (i had some leftover fundraiser precut ones and used about 15 of them) |
about 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
about 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips |
marshmallows (we had the full-sized chocolate ones, so i cut them in quarters.) |
decorations if wanted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Smash cookie dough into bottom of round cake pan. (Make edges a little higher so they don't burn.) 3. Sprinkle chips and marshmallows over top. 4. The six year old wanted sprinkles, so we did that too. 5. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 6. Let cool almost entirely so they don't tear during cutting. I cut them in wedges. |
