Peanut Butter, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich

I loved blt's ...but when I became a vegetarian I missed them...so this is the sandwich I used instead...granted no bacon...but really darn good especially if you have garden tomatoes ripe! Yummy
Ingredients:
2 slices bread or 2 slices rolls
2 tablespoons peanut butter (or more if desired)
1 tomato, sliced
1 leaf romaine lettuce
Directions:
1. Add the peanut butter to one side of bread or roll.
2. Add sliced tomato.
3. Add lettuce.
4. top with other bread or roll.
5. Enjoy!
