Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies |

My favorite peanut butter kisses. It just isn't Christmas without them. Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup margarine |
1/4 cup crisco shortening |
1 egg |
1 1/2 cups flour |
3/4 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
Directions:
1. Mix the first six ingredients into one bowl.
2. Mix the remaining three ingredients in a different bow.
3. Mix the two mixtures together.
4. Roll 1-in. balls in sugar.
5. Set on pan 1/2 inch apart.
6. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
7. Press kiss in center.
