1.5 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1/3 cup) |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 large egg, lightly beaten |
cooking spray |
1/4 cup strawberry jam |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°. 2. Weigh or lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Place sugar, peanut butter, and egg in a medium bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add flour; stir well.
