This is (bar none) the best peanut butter icing I have ever eaten. Wonderful on peanut butter cookies, chocolate cake, graham crackers and many other uses. Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut butter |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 -4 tablespoons light cream |
2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cream peanut butter and honey. 2. Add salt and blend. 3. Add cream and sugar alternately, a little at a time, until used up. 4. Add vanilla; mix until smooth. 5. Will frost two (8 or 9-inch) layers. |
