Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert |

This is an easy no-bake dessert that is great for summer bbq and potlucks. Ingredients:
19 ice cream sandwiches |
1 (16 ounce) jar hot fudge |
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
1 cup salted peanuts |
Directions:
1. Pour the hot fudge into a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave 2 minutes on high. Do not allow to boil. 2. Stir peanut butter into hot fudge until smooth. 3. Allow to cool to room temperature. 4. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with a layer of ice cream sandwiches, using 9 1/2 sandwiches. 5. Spread half the whipped topping over the sandwiches. 6. Using half the chocolate mixture, put 9 mounds on top and swirl with knife to distribute. 7. Top with half the peanuts. 8. Repeat layers. 9. Freeze until firm, 1 hour. 10. Cut into squares to serve. |
