Recipe from David Lebovitz's 'The Perfect Scoop' Ingredients:
2 2/3 cup half and half |
3/4 cup smooth peanut butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 tbsp sugar |
1/8 tsp vanilla |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in blender. Blend till smooth. 2. Chill overnight. 3. Freeze in ice cream maker according to directions. |
