Quick and easy enough for the kids to make. You may also roll them in chocolate sprinkles or confectioners' sugar if you wish.
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix the milk powder, peanut butter, honey and graham cracker crumbs until blended. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in chopped nuts; chill.
