Peanut Butter Heath Bar Quinoa Cookies |

A gluten-free, hearty, and delicious cookie. Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
2 tablespoons water |
1/3 cup agave syrup |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup quinoa flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup heath candy bar, crushed |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix wet ingredients. 3. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. 4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well. 5. Fold in Heath bar bits. 6. Spoon heaping tablespoon balls of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets. Press down with fork. 7. Bake for 10 minutes or until starting to brown. 8. Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheet, then transfer to wire rack for 5 more minutes. |
