Peanut Butter Granola Balls |

Easy, no bake snack, packed with healthy goodness, but still very tasty. Modify it to suit your tastes. Originally from Wondertime magazine. Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
1 cup honey |
3 cups old fashioned oats, toasted |
1/2 cup flax seed, ground |
1/2 cup natural bran |
3/4 cup kashi golean cereal |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2/3 cup dried cherries |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup honey until smooth. Gradually add in the rest of the ingredients. 2. Use a cookie scoop to shape into balls. 3. Refridgerate to make less sticky. |
