Peanut Butter Graham Cracker Pie Crust |

This crust is delicious with peanut butter pie, chocolate pie and banana cream pie. Ingredients:
1/3 cup crunchy peanut butter |
2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons water, about |
Directions:
1. Butter a 9 pie pan. 2. Whisk together the crumbs and sugar. 3. Blend in peanut butter. 4. Add water one T. at a time. May not need all of the water. 5. Knead with your hand til mixture sticks together. 6. Pat in pan. 7. Chill for at least 2 hours before filling. |
