Just 3 ingredients to create these tasty tiny treats. So easy from Woman's World Ingredients:
1 pkg (18 oz) refrigerated sugar cookie dough,at room temperature |
1/2 c peanut butter |
1 can (16 oz) chocolate frosting |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Lightly butter 3 (12 cup) mini cupcake pans. Knead cookie dough and peanut butter just till swirled. Press about 1 rounded tsp. of dough into each cup of prepared mini cupcake pans. 3. Bake 12 mins or till cookies are light golden brown. Cool slightly in pan. When slightly cool,make indentation in center of each cookie. Remove from pan to cooling rack. When completely cool,place about 1 tsp of frosting in center of each cookie. |
