Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

A milk-free version of this cake that's moist and delicious!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
2/3 cup cocoa
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups ice water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla, blend in cocoa. Sift dry ingredients together and add with water to creamed mixture; mix well. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan for 1 hour, or until done.
