A milk-free version of this cake that's moist and delicious! Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
1 cup peanut butter |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2/3 cup cocoa |
3 cups flour |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 1/2 cups ice water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, sugar and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla, blend in cocoa. Sift dry ingredients together and add with water to creamed mixture; mix well. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan for 1 hour, or until done. |
