A fast and nutty treat Ingredients:
1 cup butter, plus some for greasing the pan |
1 cup of peanut butter-either smooth or chunky |
1 tsp. vanilla |
1 pound of powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high. 2. stir and microwave for 2 minutes more 3. add vanilla and sugar and mix well to combine 4. pour into a buttered 8x8 pan lined with waxed papper, place a piece of waxed paper over fudge and refrigerate until cool 5. cut into 1 squares. 6. For a change of pace you can chop some miny marshmellows and freeze a hershey bar and break up with the back of a heavy knife and add in the start of the recipe. the time will still be the same |
