Very easy recipe, given to my mother by a co-worker years ago. Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 cup milk |
1 tablespoon light corn syrup |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine |
1 cup peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Over medium heat, cook sugar, milk, syrup, and butter to soft ball stage. 2. Add peanut butter and beat until mixed. 3. Pour into buttered 8x8 pan. 4. Cool and cut. |
