Peanut Butter lovers rejoice! Our creamy Peanut Butter Frosting is quick to make and perfect for topping your favorite cake or cupcakes. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup creamy peanut butter |
1 (16-oz.) package powdered sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in milk, and bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Reduce heat to low, and whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Gradually whisk in sugar until smooth; remove from heat, and whisk in vanilla. Use immediately.
