If you like PB cups, here is a recipe for the filling but very creamy and smooth. This recipe was given to me by my cake decorating instructor!
Ingredients:
18 ounces pb
1 stick margarine
1 lbs powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Cream peanut butter and margarine together.
2. Then add 3 cups of powdered sugar.
3. Blend well
4. Add a little more powdered at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
5. Cream together until nice and smooth.
