1 cup(s) graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup(s) creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup(s) dark choc. chips
2 tablespoon(s) shortening
Directions:
1. CREAM BUTTER, GRADUALLY ADD NEXT 4 INGREDIENTS. SHAPE INTO 16 EGGS; PLACE ON WAX PAPER-LINED BAKING SHEETS. REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MIN. UNTIL FIRM. IN MICROWAVE, MELT CHOC. CHIPS AND SHORTENING; STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. DIP EGGS IN CHOC. ; ALLOW EXCESS TO DRIP OFF. DECORATE WITH SPRINKLES; RETURN TO WAX PAPER. CHILL UNTIL SET.
