This is a delicious dip that is very healthy and encourages eating fruits and vegetables. You can make this as low-fat no-fat as you'd like. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients until well combined. 2. Refrigerate a few hours before serving. 3. Serve with apples, pears, celery or any kind of fruit or vegetables you can dip. Honey Crisp apples are the best for this time of year. |
