These things are great! The dates add natural sweetener - no sugar added! They come from the Biggest Loser Cookbook and are probably the best recipe in there! Note: These taste great with natural peanut butter, which avoids having sugar added because of the sugar added to regular peanut butter. Ingredients:
12 dates, chopped |
1/3 cup oatmeal |
2 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Combine the 3 ingredients. 2. Shape into balls. 3. Refrigerate until firm or eat immedietly! |
