Sounds so delicious and rich. Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup light corn syrup |
2 cups milk, scalded |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie plate. 2. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. 3. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes longer or till knife inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Serve with whipped cream, if desired. |
