From an old Panguitch, UT Relief Society recipe book. I've not made this yet, but it looks good. Sharing for my future reference. Prep and cooking time is a guess at this point. As is servings. Ingredients:
11 graham crackers, crumbed as for pie |
1 cup melted margarine or 1 cup butter |
1 cup peanut butter |
2 cups powdered sugar |
12 ounces chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix and stir together all ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth. 2. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. 3. Melt bag of chocolate chips and pour over peanut butter mixture. 4. Refrigerate until set. 5. Cut into squares and serve. |
