Theses are so moist n yummy, a different cupcake. Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanutbutter |
1/3 cup shortening |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups brownsugar |
2 eggs |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3/4 cup milk |
icing |
1/4 cup peanutbutter |
3 c ups powder sugar |
4-5 tablespoon milk |
Directions:
1. Cream together peanutbutter,shortening and vanilla. Gradually add brown sugar, beating till light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time,beating well after each.Sift together dry ingredients, add alternately with milk.Fill cupcake liners placed in cupcake tin 1/2 full.Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or till tested done. Cool and frost 2. Icing 3. Blend peanutbutter and sugar, add enough milk to make a creamy consistency. 4. I also use this icing to frost chocolate grahm crackers halves for a quick cookie in summer time. |
