This is my son's favorite smoothie recipe. Ever so simple and so loaded with protein. Turns a simple snack into something more satisfying. Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter |
1/2 a banana |
2 teaspoons chocolate, mix drink |
five ice cube |
Directions:
1. Put everything in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. |
