PEANUT BUTTER CUP ICE CREAM This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Garza Estate in Royse City, Texas in 1994. Ingredients:
8 peanut butter cups |
6 eggs well beaten |
1-1/2 cups granulated sugar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 large cans evaporated milk |
2 cups milk |
Directions:
1. Melt candy bars with 2 cups milk then cool. 2. Mix eggs and sugar in bowl then beat well. 3. Add vanilla evaporated milk and candy mixture to 1 gallon freezer can. 4. Finish with milk then freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. |
