peanut butter ice cream with peanut butter cups- for the true peanut butter lover! cook time is freezing time Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter (i like skippy naturals or jif honey peanut butter) |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 cup whole milk |
2 cups heavy cream |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 pinch salt (optional) |
5 peanut butter cups, chopped and frozen |
Directions:
1. beat peanut butter and sugar together until combined 2. beat in one cup of milk. 3. whisk in heavy cream, vanilla and salt. 4. pour into ice cream maker and freeze to instructions (about 30 mins). 5. during the last 5 minutes add chopped reeses cups. |
