Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Tarts |

These are so addicting! This is also a great recipe for the kids to help you with. Mine love to push the pb cup into the cookie. Ingredients:
1/2c. oleo |
1/2c. peanutbutter |
1/2c. brown sugar |
1/2c. granulated sugar |
1 egg |
1t. vanilla |
1 & 1/4c. flour |
3/4t. baking soda |
1/4t. salt |
1 bag of miniature reeses peanut butter cups; unwrapped (this is a very important step |
Directions:
1. Cream 1st 4 ingredients together.
2. Beat in vanilla & egg.
3. Sift dry ingredients together & add to creamed mixture.
4. Shape dough into balls & roll in granulated sugar & place in mini muffin pan.
5. Bake 8-10 min. 375F.
6. Remove cookies from oven & immediately press a pb cup into the center of each cookie.
7. Cool before removing from pan.
