When I make Candy at Christmas, I use this as the filling for my peanut butter cups.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter or 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter

3/4 cup confectioners' sugar

1 tablespoon butter (melted)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients until blended to a creamy consistency.
