This is out of Real Simple magazine. It looks so good! Ingredients:
3 pints softened vanilla ice cream |
20 chopped miniature peanut butter cups |
3/4 cup broken pretzel |
Directions:
1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang. 2. Press 1 1/2 pints softened vanilla ice cream into the pan. 3. Top chopped mini peanut butter cups. 4. Top with 1 1/2 pints of vanilla ice cream. 5. Top with broken pretzels. 6. Cooking time is freeze time. |
