I love this recipe. I usually make this at Easter. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1 pound powdered sugar |
28 ounces peanut butter |
5 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal |
1 pound chocolate |
Directions:
1. Mix butter and sugar together. 2. Add peanut butter and mix well. 3. Add cereal. Mix well. You may have to use your hands. 4. Form small eggs out of the mixture. Place eggs on cookie sheets lined with waxed paper. Refrigerate eggs until cold and firm. 5. Melt chocolate and dip eggs into it. |
