Ingredients:
8 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter room temp |
1/2 cup(s) chunky peanut butter |
12 ounce(s) lt brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) maple syrup |
1 egg lightly beaten |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
14 ounce(s) flour, use some white wheat |
3/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/2 cup(s) unsalted peanuts, coarse chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. In mixer cream butter, pb, and sugar. Then add egg, syrup and vanilla. Mix dry then add to wet. 2. If you double the recipe, don't double the sugar, 1 cup is plenty. |
