these are so easy to make and they come out soft and chewy. since there is no flour in them they are also good for people who have problems with gluten. the yield amount is based on medium sized cookies. the cook time is per batch. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter (creamy of crunchy) |
4 large eggs |
2 cups sugar |
Directions:
1. in large bowl beat eggs to break up yolks. 2. add sugar and peanut butter. mix well, using a spoon, it's too thick for a mixer. 3. preheat oven to 350 degrees while batter firms up. once oven is ready, spoon cookies out onto a cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, depending on size. |
