Healthy sweet and spicy hummus that tastes just like Grandma's peanut butter cookie dough! Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chickpeas |
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter (don't use natural) |
3 tbsp maple syrup (use half honey if not vegan) |
2 tbsp water |
1 tbsp raw sugar |
1 packet stevia sweetener (like krisda) |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1/4 tsp nutmeg |
pinch sea salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until well blended. 2. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. |
