1/2 cup brown sugar, packed |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
3 tbsp margarine or butter |
2 cups all purpose flour |
1 cup brown sugar, packed |
2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 cup milk |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
2 eggs |
1/4 cup margarine or butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. For topping, in a bowl, stir together, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup all purpose flour. cut in 1/4 cup peanut butter and 3 tbsps margarine or butter until crumbly. Set aside. 3. In a bowl, stir together 2 cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter, eggs and 1/4 cup margarine or butter. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl. 4. Pour batter into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake in 375 oven for about 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. |
