I can't remember where I got this recipe, but it always turns out good. Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter |
3 tablespoons peanut butter |
1 cup butter (no substitutes) |
3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and butter. Cook and stir over medium heat until blended. Remove from heat. 2. Stir in sugar, cocoa and vanilla. 3. Spread into a buttered 8-inch square pan. 4. Freeze for 30 minutes or just until set. I let mine set up on the counter or you could let it set up in the refrigerator. 5. Store at room temperature. |
