I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
12 ounces tofu, silken |
1/2 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
1 pinch salt |
2 tablespoons vanilla soymilk |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor, slowly drizzling in the soy milk. Blend until smooth. 2. Spoon into 5 serving dishes, and refrigerate. Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving. |
