Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies |

It's a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. What could be bad about that? It makes giant cookies. Make them and then give most of them away, or you'll be sorry. Ingredients:
1/2 c softened butter |
1/2 c peanut butter |
1 c packed brown sugar |
1/2 c white sugar |
2 eggs |
2 tbls light corn syrup |
2 tsp vanilla |
2 1/2 c flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp salt (omit if using natural peanut butter and salted butter, or use your own judgment) |
2 c chocolate chips (i use miniature) |
Directions:
1. Preheat to 375 2. Cream together butter, peanut butter, brown and white sugars until smooth. 3. Beat in eggs one at a time. 4. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. 5. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. 6. Add flour mixture gradually until combined. 7. Fold in chocolate chips. 8. Drop by 1/4 cups full 3 inches apart on an ungreased sheet. 9. Bake for 12-14 minutes 10. Allow to cool for 1 minute then remove cookies to rack to cool. |
