Peanut Butter Cashew Sundaes |

This is great if you'd like a dessert after dinner, but don't feel like baking something. You can chop the cashews or leave them whole. Ingredients:
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
8 scoops vanilla ice cream |
1/2 cup salted cashews |
Directions:
1. Blend together the corn syrup and peanut butter in a small bowl. 2. Place two scoops of ice cream in each of 4 individual bowls and drizzle the peanut butter/syrup on top. 3. Garnish with whole or chopped cashews. |
