                    A quick peanut butter cake made with brown sugar and topped with a peanut butter streusel. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup all-purpose flour  |  
                                                1/2 cup packed brown sugar  |  
                                                1/4 cup creamy peanut butter  |  
                                                3 tablespoons butter  |  
                                                2 cups all-purpose flour  |  
                                                1 cup packed brown sugar  |  
                                                2 teaspoons baking powder  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 cup milk  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                1/2 cup peanut butter  |  
                                                1/4 cup butter, softened  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Make the streusel topping: In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Cut in 1/4 cup peanut butter and 3 tablespoons butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups flour, 1 cup brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, eggs, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup butter. Mix well and pour into prepared pan. Spread evenly, then sprinkle streusel over top. 3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
