Got this recipe from my mother who cut it off an old peanut butter jar. She kept it in her old torn recipe book. Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 cup crunchy style peanut butter |
1 egg |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. 2. Mix moist ingredients in another bowl. 3. Blend the dry and moist until the mixture is moistened. 4. Pour batter into greased 9x5x3 pan. 5. Bake 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 6. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely. |
