Easy to mix up and delicious to eat. Ingredients:
2/3 cup peanut butter |
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cups white flour |
1/2 cup white sugar |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix together peanut butter and milk with a mixer. 2. Add dry ingredients. 3. Pour into a greased 8x4 inch loaf pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 5. Allow to cool in pan 20 minutes. 6. Remove to rack to finish cooling. |
