Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Kisses on the Top. Recipe from the Hershey Company. Ingredients:
36 hershey milk chocolate kisses |
1 (17 1/2 ounce) envelope betty crocker peanut butter cookie mix |
3 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon water |
1 egg |
granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F Remove wrappers from chocolates.
2. Stir cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in medium bowl until soft dough forms.
3. Shape dough into 1-in balls. Roll in granulated sugar: place on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press a chocolate into center of each cookie; cookie will crack around edges. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. cool completely.
